My mental illness lately has been very hard to manage, and I’ve been swinging drastically between being happy for life, and then having to resist doing very bad things to myself. It’s hard! I have to talk myself out of a lot of stuff whenever life starts getting bad again. I wanted to draw this so that maybe someone who reads it will know that they’re not alone in this struggle. <3
